Élevages Lisard ships captive-bred (CB) lizards to the USA and to the European Union since 2017 (even CITES species). If you are interested in buying captive-bred lizards from us and are in one of those regions, please read carefully this page dedicated to the international sales, as the procedure is different than our domestic sales.

Terms and Conditions
Prices
All sales are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices are subject to change without notice and the latest online version on our website here will prevail over any other announcements.
There is no quantity discount on the purchase of multiple lizards, since we have to hold these animals longer than normal until we can ship them.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of 1000$ before shipping costs and any other fees is required at all time.
Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the current selling price will be required in order to ensure the booking of the lizards. This deposit must be received before the cut-off date stated in the Schedule section.
For international orders, there is no selection of the exact individuals to be reserved. You can still give us your preferences, and we will try to respect them the best we can (but this is not guaranteed).
Payments
We accept payments only with Paypal (which includes the possibility to pay with several credit cards brands). We do not accept personal checks or any trades.
The final payment must be fully received before the cut-off time stated in the Schedule section. If not, we won’t ship your animals and you will definitely lose your reservation deposit, as we cannot ship them later. We need to ship everything at the same time as the mandatory CITES export/import papers issued are for all the animals. So, when we ship, the permits are used and cannot be used again.
Warranties
Health
Even though we pride ourselves to offer healthy animals, the international shipping process involves third-party persons and cares which are out of our control. For that reason, we are only shipping healthy animals in the first place to insure they make the trip safe and sound, but their health at the arrival cannot be guaranteed.
Obviously, because lizards require very specific conditions of husbandry mandatory for their well-being, we cannot guarantee health nor longevity of a lizard after the sale, when kept under conditions that are out of our control.
Therefore, it is your responsibility to provide the best husbandry conditions for your lizards once they are in your possession. To do so, we provide, on our website, a care sheet that you must carefully read and follow.
Also, we will gladly help you after the purchase of your pet if you have any questions or if there is a problem, as this is part of our service. So if you have any uncertainty and you are worried, contact us.
Live Arrival
Again, because the international shipping process is out of our control, we cannot guarantee the live arrival of your lizards. But be reassured, our shipping partners are experienced shippers and we never had any bad experiences so far.
Gender
We cannot guarantee the sex of the babies.
Coloration
We cannot guarantee the final color that the babies will have once adults.
